We extend a warm welcome to all guests, within the limitations of our Victorian building. We do our best to accommodate those with limited mobility but please do be aware that not all areas of the building are easily accessible. We are pleased to assist with luggage whenever possible.
There are six marked parking bays on the tarmac drive at the front of the guest house.
The entrance is located to the side of the property where there are four steps up to the front door (each 17cm high). The front door is 68cm wide, leading to a small entrance lobby and wide hallway. There are two bedrooms located off the main hallway on the ground floor – one double room and one double/twin room.
There is a staircase with banister rail, and one turn, leading to the first floor where there are four bedrooms – two superior double rooms, one double room and one double/twin room.
Please note that there is no lift to the first floor.
All guest rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities.
The guest lounge and breakfast room are located on the ground floor on one level.
Floor areas have fitted carpets, except the breakfast room which has a wood laminate floor.
There is a separate single WC located on the ground floor for guest use.
Breakfast is served in the ground floor breakfast room, which is accessed from the hallway, through the guest lounge.
The breakfast room is light and spacious with a separate table allocated for each guest room Breakfast is pre-ordered from our menu.
The fire alarm system will alert hard of hearing and partially sighted guests, with fire exits clearly marked and procedures in place to assist those who may need help with evacuation. The fire alarm system is tested weekly.
We will accommodate guests with special dietary requirements wherever possible but do ask for notification on booking. Please contact us to discuss requirements.
